VAR – Laundry Management

VAR helps laundry shops run their whole operation from one app — take in orders, track them from pickup through processing to delivery, manage your team, and keep customers in the loop.

Built for laundries, dry cleaners, and pressing shops that want to stop juggling paper tickets and phone calls.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Take in orders in seconds and track them across the full pipeline: collecting, collected, in processing, ready to deliver, out for delivery, delivered
• Capture photos of items at pickup, processing, and delivery — your evidence trail for every order
• Print receipts with a scannable QR code for each order
• Manage staff and drivers, each with their own role, login, and permissions
• Assign deliveries to drivers and follow them live on a map while an order is out
• Keep a customer directory with order history, outstanding debts, and one-tap call, SMS, or WhatsApp
• See a live owner dashboard: today's orders, active cases, flagged orders that need action, and total debts
• Organize delivery areas into zones with their own delivery fees
• Full reports on revenue, orders, average order value, and new customers
• Works fully in both Arabic and English, with right-to-left support

BUILT FOR ROLES
• Owners get the full dashboard, team management, reports, and settings
• Staff process orders on the shop floor
• Drivers see their route and update order status on the go

FOR EXISTING LAUNDRY BUSINESSES
VAR is for laundry shops that already run a business. New shops sign up on our website; this app is for logging into an account you already have.
