Fivestar App

Fivestar staffs professional photographers and videographers for the teams, schools, and companies that need them — booked in the app, crewed by us, delivered in 48 hours.

You tell us the date, the location, and what you need. We find the right creator, brief them, and get the finished content back to you. No posting a listing, no vetting a freelancer, no chasing files.

WHAT WE COVER
• Sports: youth and club programs, high school and college athletics, tournaments, showcases, and championship weekends
• Corporate: brand films, executive and staff testimonials, conferences, galas and fundraisers, facility tours, and sponsor content
• Recruiting & storytelling: player features, program hype videos, coach interviews, and campus tours

FOR TEAMS, SCHOOLS, AND COMPANIES
• Book a game, practice, tournament, corporate shoot, or storytelling session, single day or multi-day
• Every job is staffed from a vetted, contracted creator network. You never source or screen a freelancer.
• Build the coverage plan up front: highlights, edited photos, vertical reels, recap videos, real-time uploads
• See your quote before you confirm. No surprise invoices.
• Track every reservation from pending to confirmed to delivered
• Watch your hours bank so you always know what's left in your plan
• Every event lands in your content vault, organized by event
• Download in full resolution, share a link, or sync to Google Drive
• Message your creator and the Fivestar team without leaving the app

FOR CREATORS
• Paid work matched to your location, gear, and skills — sports, corporate, and brand shoots
• Full pay shown before you apply. No bidding, no guessing.
• One-tap apply, with confirmation whether or not you got the job.
• Every brief has the schedule, location, client's notes, and exact deliverables expected
• Upload straight from the venue and hit the 48-hour standard
• Wallet tracks lifetime earnings, pending payments, and trends
• Invoices paid weekly, with tax documents in the app
• Guaranteed pay on every confirmed job

THE 48-HOUR STANDARD
Real-time uploads hit before you leave the venue. Edited content lands two days later, not two weeks. That is the promise the whole Fivestar platform is built around.

Fivestar accounts are provisioned by our team. If your organization or you as a creator aren't set up yet, start at https://fivestar.video.
