BestYou Partner

BestYou Partner is a management application designed for gyms and studios, as well as professionals such as trainers, dieticians, and physiotherapists. It connects to the BestYou membership infrastructure; you can manage your gym even without being at the cashier's desk.

BUSINESS
• Dashboard: daily entries, current number of people inside, rejected access requests, monthly collections, and entry graph for the last 14 days. • Members: search, package and remaining day information, expiring memberships, quick member addition. • Member details: active membership and remaining days, collection and refund records, installment due dates, membership suspension and cancellation, entry and payment history, member information. • Turnstile: open the door from the app (entry/exit, guest, VIP, staff), online status of devices, and all daily entries. • Gym profile: contact information, introductory text, working hours, photos, packages, and staff management.

PROFESSIONALS
• Approve incoming package requests, view your student list. • Calendar: schedule sessions, mark them as completed or canceled. • Send daily workout and nutrition programs to students, and track calorie intake. • Messages: Communicate with your students through the app, initiate video calls.

The app requires a BestYou account. Business login is done through a gym staff account, and expert login through a personal BestYou account. Member registrations and payments are handled by the gym itself; payments are not processed through the app.
