Wireless Mic: Phone as Mic

Transform your spare Android phone into a studio-grade wireless microphone for video recording, vlogging, and interviews. No expensive wireless transmitters, Bluetooth audio lag, or dongles needed!

DualMic Camera links two (or three) smartphones over ultra-fast Wi-Fi Direct to create a synchronized multi-device video production rig:
• Phone 1 acts as your 4K Cinema Video Camera
• Phone 2 acts as your Wireless Lavalier / Desk Microphone
• Phone 3 (Optional) connects as a second wireless mic for two-person interviews

🎙️ PHONE AS A WIRELESS MICROPHONE
Clip Phone 2 to your shirt, place it on a podcast desk, or hold it like a reporter’s microphone. DualMic streams uncompressed 48 kHz / 24-bit audio directly to your camera phone with sub-15ms imperceptible latency.

🎬 CINEMA CAMERA VIEWFINDER
Record pristine video in 4K, 1080p, or 720p with cinematic frame rates (24, 30, or 60 FPS). Frame your shots with rule-of-thirds gridlines, an artificial horizon tilt gauge, optical/electronic stabilization, and real-time dual VU audio level meters.

👥 DUAL-MIC INTERVIEW MODE (HOST & GUEST)
Record two people simultaneously! Connect two separate microphone phones to a single camera device:
• Stereo Split Mode: Host audio on Left channel, Guest audio on Right channel for professional post-production editing.
• Dual Mono Mix: Blends both wireless voices seamlessly into a balanced mix ready for instant sharing.

🎛️ STUDIO-GRADE DSP AUDIO PROCESSING
Clean, broadcast-ready sound straight out of the camera:
• Acoustic Echo Cancellation (AEC): Eliminates acoustic loop feedback.
• Hardware Noise Suppression (ANS): Cuts out background room hum and static.
• Adaptive Noise Gate: Mutes mic background noise during speech pauses (Light, Medium, Strong).
• High-Pass Filter (Low Cut): Removes low-frequency wind noise and handling rumble (80 Hz / 120 Hz).
• Soft-Knee Limiter & AGC: Safeguards your recording against sudden loud screams or clipping (0 dBFS protection).

⚡ ZERO INTERNET REQUIRED — WORKS ANYWHERE
DualMic uses hardware Wi-Fi Direct and local peer-to-peer technology. You don't need Wi-Fi routers, cellular data, or internet access. Record in remote outdoor locations, convention floors, or soundstages with zero setup friction.

🛡️ FAIL-SAFE AUDIO BACKUP
Never lose a take. When enabled, the transmitter phone records an uncompressed master M4A audio backup locally while streaming, giving you a safety audio track even in harsh RF environments.

🔒 ACTIVE BROADCAST SCREEN (NO SLEEP / NO LOCK)
The microphone screen stays actively awake with persistent audio level monitoring and foreground service protection, ensuring your phone never sleeps or locks mid-recording.
