Fivaldi – receipts and purchase invoices with you

With Fivaldi Mobile, you can submit receipts to your accounting and approve purchase invoices directly on your phone, wherever you are. The application is intended for entrepreneurs and financial managers of companies using Fivaldi.

Capture receipts immediately
- Take a picture of the receipt, and the application will recognize the edges and pre-fill the basic information automatically. You can also take multiple pictures of the same receipt.
- You can attach images or PDF files from your phone’s gallery or files
- Check the pre-filled information and complete the expense type, tracking items or comment if you wish. The receipt and its information will be sent directly to your accountant.
- Browse and track information about unposted and posted receipts

Approve your purchase invoices anywhere
- You can see purchase invoices directed to you and view their information and attachments, such as PDF, image and XML files
- Approve or reject invoices with a couple of taps
- Have a conversation about the invoice with your accountant directly in the app
- You can see from the app as soon as you have invoices waiting to be processed

Smooth and secure use
- Log in with your own Fivaldi IDs
- Protect the app with a quick PIN code
- Choose the language of use Finnish, Swedish or English
- Use the app with a light or dark layout

Who is the app intended for?
Fivaldi Mobile is intended for entrepreneurs and financial managers of companies using Fivaldi. Log in with your own Fivaldi IDs to get started. It is also possible to try the app without logging in.
Sending receipts and processing purchase invoices requires the appropriate permissions. If you don't see a function, request permission from your accounting firm or your company's Fivaldi administrator.
