転職・就職マッチングアプリ V+ing（ヴィング）

V+ing is a video matching app that connects passionate people who are ready to take on challenges in the here and now with companies seeking that same passion.

◆ Express an impression through video that a resume or job history alone can't fully convey.
Video realistically conveys indescribable qualities that are hard to convey in text, such as personality, passion, and atmosphere.

◆ Companies can also communicate their culture through video.
Rather than just a one-way job posting, companies can also promote their appeal through video. They can convey information that resonates with applicants, such as the office atmosphere, the team's passion, and the management's vision.

◆ Matching Process

Users post a "Self-Introduction Video"

Companies post a "Company Introduction Video"

Matching occurs when users "like" each other.

Contact and schedule interviews via in-app chat.

◆ Key Features
・Intuitive matching without a resume required
・Vertical video-based UI (similar to TikTok and Reels)
・Search filter function by job type and skills
・After matching, you can schedule interviews within the app.

◆ Recommended for
・Challengers in their 20s and 30s considering internships or career changes
・Venture companies and rapidly growing startups
・Recruiters looking to meet passionate talent
・People who struggle to be recognized on resumes but want to communicate their passion with confidence

◆ V+ing's Vision
We aim to "create a society where people who take on challenges are rewarded."
We provide new encounters that begin with emotion, intuition, and empathy, rather than a formal hiring process.

Keep the spark of challenge burning through video.
