Vigor Fitness

Vigor Fitness is the management app for the Vigor Fitness gym. It brings together members, memberships, payments, events, and access control all in one place.

MEMBERS AND MEMBERSHIPS
- Member registration with photo and QR code membership card
- Membership packages and types defined by the gym (session, month, quarter, etc.)
- Options and fees: annual membership, coaching, etc.

- Tracking expiration dates and renewals

ACCESS CONTROL
- Scan membership card or ticket via QR code
- Immediate response: access authorized, membership expired, registration to renew, ticket already used…
- Works even without an internet connection, then automatically synchronizes

PAYMENTS AND RECEIPTS
- Cash, Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money, card, or bank transfer
- Two copies of PDF receipts, for printing or sharing

EVENTS
- Vigor Run Club, Saturday Energy, Transformation Challenge, Fitness Day…
- Ticket sales to members and guests, entry control

BUSINESSES AND ASSOCIATIONS
- Vigor Business and Vigor Association group memberships
- A4 invoices with participant lists

ACCOUNTS AND EXPENSES
- Cashier, mobile money, and bank balances
- Expenses by category, deposits, and withdrawals

DASHBOARD
- Income, Expenses, active members, events, and entries, by day, month, or year

ROLES AND SECURITY
- Administrator, manager, and controller, each with their own access rights
- Access protected by username and password

The application is reserved for Vigor Fitness staff. Accounts are created by the gym administrator.
