NotiWeave: Notification Saver

A message someone deleted is still in NotiWeave. So is the notification you swiped away this morning and cannot find anywhere.

NotiWeave is a notification saver and notification history app for Android. It captures notifications from the apps you choose and keeps them in tidy, chat-style threads — one per sender — so an alert you cleared, or a message that was later deleted, is still there for you to read.

Works with WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, Messenger, Slack, Gmail and any other app that posts notifications to your phone.

Read what you missed

• A message deleted after it arrived stays readable in your notification history
• An alert you swiped away is still saved, instead of being gone for good
• Catch up on everything that arrived while your phone was face down
• Nothing is captured until you turn NotiWeave on, and only for the apps you pick

Your notification history, sorted by sender

• Every sender gets their own chat-style thread, not one endless list
• Newest notifications first, so the thing you are looking for is at the top
• Search inside a conversation and filter by date
• Notifications from the same person are grouped together, across apps
• Clear your whole notification history with one tap, anytime

Notifications panel

• Read everything NotiWeave captured in a single panel
• Mark notifications as read, or clear the panel in one tap
• Optional "Group in one tray" collapses your alerts into one tidy entry instead of a cluttered notification shade

Custom notification sounds by sender

Know who messaged you without looking at your phone.

• Assign a different notification sound to individual senders
• Choose from 24 built-in notification tones, your phone's own tones, or your own audio file
• Match notification titles using contains, exact or regex rules
• Set a default notification sound per app
• Preview any sound before you assign it

Custom ringtones for calls

• 8 built-in ringtones, plus your phone's own ringtones or your own audio
• Set a ringtone per contact for app calls, kept separate from message tones

Choose which apps are included

Select only the Android apps whose notifications you want NotiWeave to capture. Every other app is ignored. Block an app outright at any time — or block every app in the list with one tap.

Also in NotiWeave

• Light, Dark or System theme
• A notification log you can read offline, on the device, whenever you want

Private by design

Your notifications can contain personal information, so NotiWeave is built to keep them private.

• No account or sign-up required
• No NotiWeave server, so there is nowhere for your notifications to be sent
• Notifications saved to a private database on your device
• Never sold and never shared
• Clear all captured data anytime with one tap

How NotiWeave works

NotiWeave uses Android Notification Access to detect notifications from the apps you explicitly enable. When a notification arrives, it saves the preview to your device, organises it by sender, and applies your matching custom sound rule.

Notification Access is granted once during setup, and you can review or disable it anytime in Android settings. If you turn on "Group in one tray", NotiWeave also asks permission to post its own notification — the single grouped entry it shows in place of the originals.

Please note: NotiWeave can only capture notifications that arrive after Notification Access is enabled — it cannot retrieve earlier ones. It saves what a notification showed on your phone, and it reads only your own device's notifications. Matching depends on the notification title each app provides.

A notification saver, a searchable notification history by sender, and a custom notification sound for the people who matter.
