What to expect during your appointment.

After booking your appointment, you’ll be connected to a veterinary professional or licensed veterinary technician via video chat, chat, or phone.
Similar to an in-person appointment, the licensed veterinarian or technician will ask you questions about your pet and their health history. They may also want to see your pet up-close to better examine them and gather more information about a tentative diagnosis.

The vet will let you know what the next steps are (such as booking an in-person appointment, sending you a prescription, how to treat at home, etc.)
