Veltric On Site

Veltric On Site is the entry app for teams organizing events with Veltric. It runs on the device at the entrance and brings the guest list directly to where guests arrive.

Scanner
QR codes are scanned directly via the camera and immediately checked against the guest list. The recognition process takes place on the device.

Guest List
Search, filter, and sort the complete list. Each guest can be viewed in detail, checked in, or checked out.

Seating and Appointments
Assign seats, keep track of rooms and tables, and assign appointments and time slots directly at the door.

History
Every check-in and check-out is logged and remains traceable.

Works offline
If the connection is interrupted, check-ins are encrypted and temporarily stored on the device and automatically transferred as soon as the network is restored. Entry is never interrupted.

Available in over 30 languages.

A Veltric account and a device paired from the cockpit are required for use.
