Velocity FBO

Velocity FBO is a fleet and crew car management platform built for Fixed-Base Operators. It streamlines the entire vehicle workflow — from issuance to return to inspection — replacing paper-based processes with a fast, reliable mobile experience.

Customer Service Representatives can issue crew cars to pilots and crew, capture digital waiver signatures on-screen, and record vehicle details including mileage, fuel level, and condition photos. When vehicles are returned, the app logs updated readings and flags any reported issues for follow-up.

Line Service staff use the app to perform post-return vehicle inspections, documenting damage or mechanical concerns with photos before clearing the vehicle for reassignment.

Key features include multi-location fleet management, real-time vehicle status tracking, digital waiver signing with automatic email delivery, vehicle condition photo capture, issue reporting with General Manager notifications, and role-based access for CSR and Line Service staff.

A companion web-based admin panel gives supervisors full control over users, vehicles, locations, and fleet-wide reporting across all branches.
