About KADS Mobile
A mobile application designed for service technicians to support their daily operations.
Features:
1. Service Order Check Out – Check out service order information to the local database.
2. Service Order Management and Photo Documentation – Display and update service orders, attach supporting photos for documentation, create dummy orders, manage parts and other fees, service fees calculation and QR payment, and check orders to KADS.
3. Service Days Management – View service order lists and create service orders for Service Care on Tour events.
4. Customer Management – View customer information, create new customers, make phone calls (Tel function), assign VIN, view vehicle lists per customer, and create service orders by customer.
5. Vehicle Management – View vehicle lists and create service orders by vehicle.
6. Application Settings - Configure application preferences and settings.
