Simple WOD Timer & Recorder

The timer built for the box. Pick a format, set it in seconds, and train. No account, no ads in your way, works offline.

EVERY FORMAT YOU PROGRAM
• AMRAP, with a round counter you tap as you go
• For Time, with a time cap and a "Finish now" button
• EMOM and Death By
• Tabata and custom work / rest intervals
• Ratio timer (3:1, 2:1…)
• Stopwatch for everything else
• Custom timers: chain as many blocks as your WOD needs

MADE FOR THE MIDDLE OF A WORKOUT
• Huge digits you can read from across the room
• Clear beeps at 10 s, 3-2-1 and the end, even with the screen locked
• Work and rest in different colors
• Rotate the layout when your phone lies on the floor
• Your splits and rounds are summarized at the end, ready to copy

WRITE OR SCAN YOUR WOD
Type the workout or scan it straight from the whiteboard. The text is read on your phone, no photo ever leaves it. Your WOD stays on screen during the timer.

RECORD YOUR QUALIFIERS
Film your workout with the running timer burned into the video. Perfect for online qualifiers and competition submissions: judges see the clock and the movements in the same frame. Your video goes straight to your camera roll.
