Vakoop · AI Marketplace SA

Vakoop is South Africa's first agentic AI marketplace for buying and selling preloved fashion, sneakers, electronics, designer bags, and more.

MEET GENIO — YOUR AI SELLING ASSISTANT
Genio is the first agentic AI built into a South African marketplace. Snap a photo and Genio identifies the item, writes the title and description, prices it against the current market, and prepares a publishable listing in under a minute. One photo can produce multiple listings — Genio detects every product in the frame.

RUN YOUR SHOP THROUGH CHAT
Tell Genio to bulk-restock, change prices, mark items sold, or pull your shop stats. Every action surfaces as a proposal — you confirm before anything goes live. Genio never acts without your approval.

BUY SMARTER WITH GENIO
Ask Genio what is on the marketplace — cheapest size-10 Nikes under R500, newest streetwear, vintage denim in Cape Town — and get tap-through results. Genio never auto-purchases, auto-offers, or auto-messages on a buyer's behalf.

SELLERS KEEP 100% — ZERO FEES
No commission. No hidden costs. No listing fees. Sell your preloved clothes, sneakers, bags, and electronics for free. Vakoop is the only South African marketplace where sellers keep 100% of the sale. Your cupboard is quietly worth something to somebody.

When you buy on Vakoop, your payment is held securely until you confirm delivery. Item doesn't match the listing? Report within 7 days for a full refund. Buy preloved with confidence.
