Post what you need

Not sure who to ask? Post a request with your category, your budget and where you are. Providers nearby reply with quotes and you choose who to go with. Most requests get a first response within a few hours.

Check before you book

Every provider is reviewed by the Sowo team before they appear in the app. Open a provider's Trust Passport and you can see the evidence for yourself:

Whether their ID has been verified.
How many jobs they have completed through Sowo.
Reviews from customers who booked and paid in the app.
What those customers keep saying about them, in their own words.

Reviews can only be written by someone who booked and paid through Sowo, so what you read comes from real jobs rather than anonymous ratings.

Book and pay safely

Agree the work and the price in the chat before anything is paid.
Pay the quote through Stripe. If there is a deposit, you pay it when you accept the quote.
The rest is held securely by Stripe until you confirm the job is done.
If you have not confirmed or raised a problem, it is released to the provider 5 days after they mark it complete.

Shop products from providers

Buy hair care, skincare, tools, prints, digital packs and more directly from the providers you book. Track your orders and confirm delivery in the app.

Selling on Sowo

Staying safe

Report a message, listing, request or profile from anywhere in the app.
Block anyone you do not want to hear from, and manage who you have blocked.
Every report is read by the Sowo team, who decide what happens next.
Turn on a PIN or biometric lock so only you can open the app.
