About MonCash

MonCash is a mobile money service that facilitates reliable, safe, and convenient daily transactions to close the distance between people. MonCash allows daily transactions between MonCash users, regardless of their location in Haiti. Some of the daily transactions users can do are:

• Send money between MonCash users by using their phone number
• Pay to affiliated merchants
• Use a personalized app-generated QR code to scan and pay
• Purchase Digicel bundles of minutes or data
• Pay bills
• Deposit money to their MonCash account
• Withdraw money from their MonCash account
• Hold money in their MonCash account for day-to-day purchases Receive payroll payments

Signing up, it is easy!
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Phone number
• First and last name
• Date of birth

You can do anything!
• Manage your account: Managing your account is easy with MonCash. You can check your balance, change your PIN, choose the language of your MonCash menu, and much more.
• Send or receive money: Send as little as 10HTG to your family members and friends or any other contact.
• Pay merchants: pay for goods and services by using the MonCash app. You can send payments to a register merchant’s network.
• Bill Payment: Conveniently pay your bills wherever you are in Haiti with MonCash. You can pay bills such as EDH, Canal Plus, NuTV, Digicel Services, etc... You can also use MonCash to pay for your groceries and your trip to affiliated restaurants.
• Recharge: Recharge your Digicel phone for as little as 10HTG and get 3 times your recharge. You can also send recharge for your family members and friends.
• Purchase Digicel plans: You can buy Digicel Voice, Internet, and Roaming plans with your MonCash account.

An app for your needs
There are two ways to subscribe to MonCash: Self-subscription and Full Wallet Subscription.
• Self-Subscription: To subscribe by yourself, any Digicel customer aged 18 or older can enter their last name, first name and date of birth in the app. Then, they will also have to select a four digit secret PIN that will protect their transactions. Self-subscription gives you access to a Mini-wallet that can contain a maximum of 7,500HTG.
• Full Wallet Subscription: To have access to a full wallet MonCash account, you have to fill a form with your personal details at any MonCash agent location or any Digicel Store. A full wallet gives access to a MonCash account that can contain 75,000HTG.
