Zen Mode: Focus Lock

Zen Mode helps you actually put your phone down.

Choose how long you want to focus, start a session, and Zen Mode locks the screen. If you reach for your phone and try to leave, it simply locks again. Incoming calls still come through, so you stay reachable for the things that matter, without the endless pull of everything else.

This isn't another blocker you can swipe past in two seconds. Zen Mode uses your phone's screen lock, so stepping out of a session takes a deliberate effort rather than a reflex. It's built for people who know exactly what they should be doing and just need their phone to stop interrupting.

HOW IT WORKS
- Set a duration with a simple dial, a minute to three hours
- Start the session; the screen locks when you try to leave it
- Incoming calls always ring through and can be answered normally
- When the timer ends, everything returns to normal on its own

- A quiet, glass interface with a live nature background
- Optional ambient sound. Rain, a forest stream, calm wind, ocean and more, all off by default, so silence stays silent
- Or set one of your own photos as the backdrop

HONEST BY DESIGN
- No accounts, no ads, no tracking, no internet permission
- Nothing you do ever leaves your phone
- You can end a session and remove the app whenever you decide to. Zen Mode is a commitment device, not a trap

A note on the screen lock: Zen Mode asks for device-administrator access solely to lock the screen during a session. It cannot erase your data, read your screen, or see anything you do. You can switch it off at any time in Settings.
