Vendor confirms order.
Order moves to processing.
Vendor marks as handover.
Rider is assigned.
Rider picks up order → Status changes to “On the Way.”
Rider verifies delivery via secure OTP.
Order marked as completed.
This workflow ensures transparency, security, and real-time synchronization.
