About FoldFlow: Visual Multi Timer
FoldFlow is a multi timer that gives every task its own countdown and runs them all at once. It is also a visual timer: each folded task becomes a color bar, and the color left is the time left, so there are no numbers to read.
Cooking, laundry, homework, a report for work: set one timer per task and keep multiple timers running together on a single screen. While you focus on one task, the others keep counting down at the side, folded into slim bars.
HOW IT WORKS
Put up to five tasks on one screen. Open the one you are working on and the rest fold into narrow bars. Each folded bar is itself a timer gauge: the height of its color is the time left, and the color warns you as the end gets close. One glance shows where everything stands, and one tap takes you back to any task. That is the whole idea of this multi timer.
FEATURES
• A task timer in every panel, from a few seconds to a few hours. Hold a digit and slide to set it, or drag the color edge of a bar to adjust it while it runs. Recent times are one tap away.
• Visual countdown timer: folded bars show the time left as color, so several timers stay readable at a glance.
• Fold-and-unfold panels: switch tasks with a tap or a swipe. Smooth transitions keep your place.
• Scheduling: tonight, tomorrow morning, the day after at 2 PM. Set things days ahead the same way, or pick a date on the calendar.
• Step checklists: list the steps of each task and work through them in order. Save step lists you repeat as favorites and load them like a routine.
• Follow-up reminders: if a timer ends and you don't come back, FoldFlow can notify you again after 1, 3, 5 or 10 minutes, as you choose.
• Archive: park tasks you're not doing right now instead of deleting them. Give them a schedule and a reminder brings them back when it's time.
• Quick to-do list: small things that don't need a panel go on one line with an alarm. You can even drag a step out of a panel into it.
• Minimal dark design. No account, no ads, no cloud. Your data stays on your device.
• In English, Korean, Japanese, Traditional Chinese, German, French and Spanish.
FOLDFLOW PRO (one-time purchase, no subscription)
The free version gives you 4 task panels and every feature above. Pro is a single purchase that adds:
• 5 task panels instead of 4
• Favorites: no cap of 3, organized in groups
• Archive: no cap of 3 tasks
• Every Pro feature added in the future
WHERE IT HELPS
• Cooking: a separate kitchen timer for each pot, all on one screen.
• Chores: laundry, dishes and cleaning in turns, each with its own timer.
• Study: switch subjects with a study timer for each one.
• Work: reports, calls and side projects running in parallel.
It also suits anyone who reads time better as color than as numbers, or who easily loses track of time, ADHD or not.
WHY WE MADE IT
FoldFlow grew out of a teacher's real day: lesson prep, admin, meetings and side projects all running at once. Few days let you do one thing at a time. You start one task, switch to another while you wait, begin a third, and then wonder what happened to the first. Multitasking is hard not because there is too much to do, but because you can't see everything that is running. Give each task its own time, fold the rest away, and open them one by one: FoldFlow is that way of working, turned into a multi timer.
