LoadAnvil — Trucking Dispatch & Trip Management

LoadAnvil is a transportation management app built for small and mid-size trucking carriers in the United States. It connects drivers and dispatchers in real time, keeping every load, trip, and delivery organized in one place.

This mobile app is the driver-facing part of the LoadAnvil platform. Your company sets up your account — just log in to see your assigned loads and trips, update statuses, and stay connected with dispatch on the road.

For Drivers// what you can do:

View your assigned loads and trip details
See pickup and delivery addresses, times, and special instructions
Update load status as you go — picked up, in transit, delivered
Upload documents like bills of lading and proof of delivery
Share your live location with dispatch during active trips
Get notified about new load assignments and updates

Built for the road
LoadAnvil keeps the driver experience simple. No clutter, no complicated menus — just the information you need for your current trip, and an easy way to keep dispatch updated without phone tag.

Real-time dispatch visibility
When you're on an active trip, LoadAnvil shares your location with your company's dispatchers so they can plan ahead, answer broker questions, and keep freight moving — without calling you for every update.

Part of a complete platform
Behind the scenes, LoadAnvil gives your company a full transportation management system: load and trip management, dispatch, document handling, mileage tracking, and financial reporting. As a driver, you get the streamlined mobile app; your dispatchers and owners manage the rest from the web.

Who LoadAnvil is for
LoadAnvil is designed for trucking carrier companies — owner-operators, dispatchers, and drivers — who want to run dispatch and trip management without spreadsheets and scattered messages. Access is provided by your carrier company; there is no public sign-up.
