*e-Presence*: Easy College Attendance, Especially for Your Campus Students!

Higher education has experienced many changes along with advances in technology. One of the most significant changes is how *college attendance* is managed. In the past, students had to fill out the lecture attendance list manually or use a physical attendance card. However, in the digital era there are lots of applications that make it easier for students to manage lecture attendance very easily.

*e-Presence, an Android-based application from UIR Dev, is here as the best solution for managing lecture attendance. Here are some reasons why *e-Presence* is the main choice:

1. *Ease of Access*: The online attendance application allows students to easily access class schedules, attendance lists, and other important information. This makes attendance management more convenient and efficient. Academic Section Admin is also made easier with attendance data which can be automatically viewed from the application, avoiding the hassle of collecting files manually.

2. *Fraud Reduction*: Even though it is done online, some online presence applications are equipped with security features. For example, QRcode scanning, which helps reduce the opportunity for cheating in filling out college attendance.

3. *Accurate Attendance Tracking*: With an online application, faculties or study programs on a campus can easily track student attendance and avoid problems such as filling in inaccurate manual attendance lists. The attendance filling business process has been designed in such a way and with the application of appropriate technology, fraud can be minimized.
