This application is not a government application. Uhamiaji SACCOS Limited does not represent, act on behalf of, or claim endorsement from any government ministry, department, agency, or political entity.

ESS UTUMISHI — LOAN-RELATED SERVICES

The application links to the Government of Tanzania’s Employee Self Service (ESS Utumishi) portal for relevant employee and loan-related services.

ESS Utumishi is an external government service. Uhamiaji SACCOS Limited does not own, operate, or control the portal. Information, requirements, and decisions provided through ESS remain the responsibility of the relevant government institution.

Loans offered by Uhamiaji SACCOS are cooperative financial products, not government loans. Access to ESS through this application does not imply government affiliation or endorsement.

BANKING AND GOVERNMENT PAYMENTS

Supported banking and payment services, including government control number payments, merchant payments, and utility bill payments, are facilitated through DCB Bank, our banking partner.

Government control numbers, billing information, and fees originate from the relevant government institutions and their authorized payment systems. Uhamiaji SACCOS does not issue government control numbers, determine government fees, or independently operate the Government Electronic Payment Gateway (GePG).
