- UBZ Staff is the operational mobile app for authorized UBZ personnel, including sales staff, captains, hostesses, and operations teams.
- The app supports day-to-day transport and ticketing workflows from one place. Staff can sign in securely, search journeys, sell tickets, collect mobile money or cash payments, print tickets, reprint tickets, and handle passenger service quickly at the terminal or while on duty.
- For trip operations, the app helps staff scan tickets, verify boarding, view manifests, check seat allocations, look up ticket details, and monitor check-in activity. Operations users can also create trips, update trips, assign buses and crew, and access staff and sales reports directly from the app.
