Shrinkreel makes big videos smaller. That's all it does.

Pick some clips, pick a size, and it makes smaller copies you can actually send. Your originals stay right where they are, unless you choose to delete them yourself.

Most "video compressors" are a mess of trimmers, watermarks, cloud uploads, and sign-in flows. This one just compresses. It runs on your phone, with no account, no upload, and no network needed.

Three presets cover most of what people want:
- Small, roughly 480p. Good for email.
- Medium, roughly 720p. Good for messaging.
- Large, roughly 1080p. Good when you just need the file to be smaller.

If you want more control, there's a custom preset for resolution and bitrate. If you don't, you never have to see it.

Compressed files land in a "Shrunk by Shrinkreel" album in your gallery. A single toggle strips location and creation-date metadata on the way out, if you want it gone.

Shrinkreel is free. Google ads pay for it. If you'd rather not see them, a one-time $1.99 purchase removes them forever. There are no subscriptions, and no paid-only features: the free version and the paid version do the same job.

A few things Shrinkreel does not do, on purpose:
- No trimming or editing.
- No watermarks.
- No cloud backup.
- No accounts or analytics.
