TramitAtivo

From protocol to published law, without losing the thread.

TramitAtivo tracks the matter from the moment it enters the House until it becomes a published law. Each step is recorded: who processed it, when, with what opinion, and with what signature.

THE ROUTE IS YOUR HOUSE'S
Each type of matter follows the procedure dictated by the Rules of Procedure. Committees, Presidency, Plenary, Archives — the matter follows the steps defined by the House, and no one needs to remember what the next step is: the system takes care of it.

PROCESSING WITH OPINION AND SIGNATURE
The opinion becomes a PDF instantly and is digitally signed. When the step requires more than one person, the matter only advances after everyone has signed — the rule is in the system, not in someone's memory.

THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE IS PUBLISHED SIGNED
Once the law is promulgated, its entry into the Official Gazette is automatic, with the PDF of the act. No cutting, no pasting, no republishing.

TRANSPARENCY WITHOUT EXTRA WORK
The public portal shows what is already in the system. The processing that the House registers is the same that the citizen consults — without having to enter data twice.

AN ASSISTANT WHO HAS READ THE ARCHIVES
Ask about the protocol, the status of a matter, or what the Rules of Procedure say. The assistant opens the correct screen and respects the permissions of the person who asked.

ALREADY USING SAPL?
Keep using it. TramitAtivo interacts with what the House already has.

ON YOUR CELL PHONE AND COMPUTER
The same processing at the table and outside of it. The council member signs from their cell phone; the secretary manages it from the computer.
