About Tom Sissons Personal Trainer

With this fitness app, you can start tracking your workouts and meals, measuring results, and achieving your fitness goals, all with the help of your personal trainer. Download the app today! I’ve been working & training in gyms my whole adult life, it’s something I fell in love with straight away, so I decided to pursue a career in personal training I qualified in level 2 fitness instructing & then level 3 personal training so I could begin PTing. As someone who was working at the gym already, building relationships with members, my diary filled up very quick. I decided I needed to expand my business so I could train & help more people, that’s when I decided to start online coaching as well as 1-1 personal training. I now have my own coaching app that I use for both online & personal training clients, by giving all clients access to my app, I can provide every tool necessary to guarantee they hit their goals.
