As a member of SWEAT CLUB, you will drop right into our results driven 12 Week Body Transformation Programme About the SWEAT CLUB Body Transformation Programme Combined approach to health and fitness: The SWEAT CLUB Body Transformation Programme comprises 3 phases: metabolic adaptation; fat burning; and strength building - all of which enable you to build a sustainable approach into your health and fitness regime. Range of eating plans to suit your preferences: The programme is also supported with a comprehensive nutrition plan that will allow you to drop fat, increase muscle and boost energy levels. You have 3 eating plans to choose from, which bring you into a calorie deficit forcing the body to metabolise fat for energy. Expert advice and support on hand: Crucially, we **DO NOT** believe in crash dieting - just sustainable lifestyle adaptations. However, there is an element of discipline required, which is where our support system comes in! Further, the SWEAT CLUB Body Transformation Programme will be personally delivered by Erron Dussard - so you know you’re in great hands throughout the programme! What does the SWEAT CLUB Body Transformation Programme offer? · One-to-one Onboarding: Once signed up you will have an individual onboarding video call to discuss goals, training facilities available and training history. · Group Meetings*: 3 monthly 2-hour group theory and practical meetings will be held at Central London Personal Training Studio. These will take place on March 6th, April 3rd and May 1st 2022. Water, protein drinks and snacks are provided. · Training*: You will have 12 weeks of training workouts, designed to work with whatever equipment you have available to you. · Video Check-ins: We will hold weekly group check-ins to share your ‘wins’ and support you with any fitness challenges you’re facing. · Step by Step Guides: You will have access to guides and demo videos on how to complete workouts properly. · Members Only Access: Get to know your fitness buddies, with access to a private members Facebook page. *Remote and face to face personal training sessions are available as an add-on.
