About Joel Costello PT

Joel Costello is a personal trainer from Bondi beach, Australia. He’s been in the fitness industry for 14 years and has worked with hundreds of people throughout his career, including sports stars like Adam Goodes and Amanda Bisk, as well as dozens of lawyers, mums, entrepreneurs, actors, architects, marketing executives, teachers, bankers, engineers, students, doctors, TV personalities and even other personal trainers Alongside his personal training business, Joel also works for one of the largest commercial gyms in the country. His job is to design the programming and recruit the staff to run the club’s HIIT training programs, educate and coach their team to grow their own PT businesses, as well as run 6-week challenges and team-based fitness events. In his spare time, Joel also runs fitness fundraisers for local charities and weekend health retreats. Combine his professional experience with his own personal fat loss journey, and the success he’s had with hundreds of his clients, Joel' knows what works, and what doesn’t! CUSTOMISED TRAINING PROGRAMS Every program is custom-built and meticulously designed to fit your lifestyle and goals - we use a detailed program design form to investigate your current wellness regime, weekly schedule and health habits to build the perfect lifestyle and workout plan for you and your unique circumstances. - BUILT AROUND YOU - You may already do yoga once a week, see a personal trainer twice a week or attend HIIT classes three times a week? Allow us to build you a structured program to complement these already established healthy habits, and improve your results even further. - 6 WEEK PHASES - We strategically update your program every 6 weeks to eliminate boredom and plateauing and increase adherence, consistency and results. You’ll automatically receive an email containing a program review form at the 4-week mark of phase that is used to refine, improve and update your program. - TRAIN ANYWHERE, ANYTIME - For your convenience, you can access your program from your smartphone, via our app, so you can perform your workouts anywhere at any time. In a busy world, being able to access, track and complete your workouts at a time that suits you is imperative in improving consistency and momentum. - TRACK YOUR PROGRESS - Our programs are formatted in a calendar-style layout via our training app. Check-in each day and complete your daily tasks and workouts, track your progress and results through our stat tracking and progress pictures. Seeing improvements is one of the greatest motivators for long term success. - VIDEO TUTORIALS - To improve results, increase mastery and confidence and prevent injury, every exercise in our programs comes with a technique tutorial video, which you can watch on your smartphone, to ensure you are performing each exercise optimally and getting the most from your workouts. - EFFICIENT, FUN & MOTIVATING - We understand that people are busy and that initial motivation can wane over time, this is why we ensure our workouts are engaging, enjoyable and time-efficient.
