Туристер: гиды и экскурсии

The "Guides and Excursions" app from Tourister is an indispensable intermediary between private guides and inquisitive tourists. In just a few clicks, tourists can book an engaging and informative excursion with a professional private guide, while guides can monitor and accept requests for their services.

Broad Coverage

Currently, over 1,500 guides from over 100 countries are registered with Tourister. Together, they've created over 20,000 excursions—all you have to do is choose!

Find Private Guides

Finding a guide is easy with the easy-to-use interface—just enter your destination in the search bar and browse the profiles of various professionals.

Guide Reputation

On a private guide's page, you can read reviews from tourists about their work. All reviews are carefully verified by Tourister staff, minimizing the likelihood of reading a fake review.

Choose the excursions that interest you

You can also search by excursions instead of guides. There's also a filter where you can specify the type of tour (there are over 15) and other parameters, so you don't have to search through numerous offers.

Not just tours

If you plan to explore the city independently and don't need tours, you can select specific services, such as finding translators, photographers, booking a transfer, or shopping assistance.

Communicate within the app

The app features a built-in messenger for communicating between tourists and guides, allowing you to contact Turister management in the event of a dispute. You can also communicate with guides through other popular messengers, using the contact information listed on the guide's page.

Convenient control

Both guides and tourists benefit from convenient access to their orders and requests, where they can clearly see the date, time, and tour organizer, as well as ask questions, notify about delays, and more.

Customer support

Any issues can be reported directly from the app – no need to open third-party messengers or email services. You will definitely receive a response as soon as possible.
