Weight Log keeps your weigh-ins in one simple list — and always shows
every entry in both pounds and kilograms.
If you think in pounds but your scale, your doctor, or your fitness app
reports kilograms, you know the friction. Most trackers make you pick one
unit in settings and hide the other. This one shows both, side by side,
on every screen.
WHAT IT DOES
• Both units, always
Log 168.4 lb and see 76.4 kg right next to it. Switch the main unit
whenever you like — your history never changes, because entries are
stored independently of how they are displayed.
• Logging takes seconds
Open the app, tap the button, type the number, save. A large built-in
number pad means no waiting for the system keyboard. Logged the wrong
number? Tap the same day again to correct it.
• A trend you can actually read
Daily weight bounces around with water, meals, and sleep. The 7-day
average line smooths that out so you can see the direction instead of
the noise. View the last 7, 30, or 90 days, or your whole history.
• Goal tracking
Set a target weight and see how much is left. Nothing more complicated
than that.
• Optional daily reminder
Pick a time and get a quiet nudge to step on the scale. Off by default —
turn it on only if you want it.
• BMI
Enter your height once to see your BMI alongside your weight.
• Export
Save your entries as a CSV file any time, and open them in a spreadsheet.

No calorie counting. No food diary. No account, no sign-up, no sync.
Your entries stay on your device — the app never uploads them anywhere.
If you want a full nutrition platform, this is not that app. If you want
a weight log that opens fast, records a number, and speaks pounds and
kilograms equally, this is it.
