Del Monte TMS is an enterprise-grade Transportation Management System purpose-built to centralize, standardize, and optimize logistics operations across multiple regions and business units. Designed to support the scale and complexity of Del Monte operations, the platform provides a unified digital ecosystem that enhances operational efficiency, governance, and visibility across the transportation lifecycle.

The system fully digitizes end-to-end transport workflows, including supplier onboarding, truck and driver registration, document management, compliance validation, and structured truck assignment processes. It supports both manual allocation and FIFO-based assignment models, ensuring equitable distribution among trucking providers while maintaining strict operational control and transparency.

Del Monte TMS facilitates seamless collaboration between farms, depots, logistics teams, and external transport providers through a secure, role-based access framework integrated with Microsoft Azure Active Directory authentication. The platform enforces regulatory and internal compliance standards by validating critical documentation—such as vehicle inspections, insurance certificates, driver licenses, and operational certifications—prior to dispatch approval.

Equipped with real-time KPI dashboards, comprehensive audit trails, and exportable analytical reports, the system delivers actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making. Designed for multi-country deployments and multi-language environments, Del Monte TMS integrates seamlessly with internal enterprise systems, ensuring scalability, adaptability, and long-term sustainability across evolving operational landscapes.
