Rosterbook: Attendance & Pay

Rosterbook is the simple way for small businesses and households to track staff attendance and run monthly payroll — a modern replacement for a paper attendance register or an Excel attendance sheet.

Your team checks in and out from their own phones. Rosterbook confirms they're at the workplace using GPS, keeps an accurate attendance record, and turns it straight into payslips at month-end. Built for drivers, house help, cooks, guards, shops, clinics and small teams.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

GPS check-in — staff punch in and out from their phones, confirmed inside your work site. Location is read only at the moment of a punch, never in the background.
Simple payroll — monthly reports and payslips in a couple of taps, with overtime, leave, advances, bonuses and allowances.
Any kind of staff — monthly salary, daily-wage or hourly.
Optional face check — confirm it's really them at check-in; matched privately on the employee's own device.
WhatsApp invites — add a staff member and invite them in one tap.
Sign in with Google or Apple.
Manager logins with specific permissions.
Web dashboard and Excel/Tally exports (Business plan).
Available in Hindi and English.
