Zaanse Schans Experience

The Zaanse Schans is best seen slowly, on foot. This app turns that walk into a trail you can keep.

Eleven places sit along the route — working windmills, museums, workshops and the shops between them. Each holds a seal you can only unlock by standing there. Collect seven and the app makes a certificate in your name.

Why standing there matters
A seal is proof you were really at the mill. The app confirms you are at the location before it unlocks, so a finished collection — and the certificate that comes with it — means something.
