About Filmsy: Retro Film Camera

Filmsy is a retro film camera for your phone. Load a roll, look through a viewfinder that already shows the film color, grain and glow, and take the shot. Photos come out with real film character: soft halation around lights, gentle fade, an orange date stamp and, if you like, the wait to develop. No account, no watermark.

REAL FILM ROLLS
Every roll has 24 or 36 frames, or no limit at all if you prefer. A frame counter sits on the viewfinder like the window of an analog camera, and each shot winds the film on with a quiet sound and vibration (both optional). Finish the roll and see it laid out as a contact sheet, with frame numbers on ivory paper, just like a print from the lab.

DEVELOP LIKE A LAB
Choose how your roll is developed: instantly, in one hour, or the next morning at 9:00. While you wait, frames show as faint negatives with a countdown. When the roll is ready, Filmsy lets you know and the photos appear in your gallery. Or tap Develop now.

16 FILM STOCKS
Each stock is our own design, with its own color, grain and halation, and runs live in the viewfinder.
• Color negative: Daylight 200, Golden 160, Tungsten 800 for night, Cine 500T with red glow around lamps.
• Slide and special: Slide 50, Cross-Process, Redscale, Expired '98 with shifted colors and random light leaks.
• Black and white: Mono 100, Push 3200 with coarse grain, Booth Mono.
• Formats: Quick 400 disposable camera with flash, Half 35 half-frame, Instant Square, Toy 120 square, Wide 65 panorama.

DATE STAMP AND FILM BORDERS
Add the orange LED date stamp of a classic film camera, in the date format, corner and color you like, with a soft glow. Save photos in an instant frame, or pair two shots in a half-frame diptych. With Pro, add a 35mm border with sprocket holes and frame numbers, a four-shot photo booth strip, a handwritten caption on the instant frame, or export a whole roll as one contact sheet.

FILM CLIPS
Record videos up to 60 seconds through the same film look, with or without sound. The date stamp keeps running second by second while you film.

REVIVE OLD PHOTOS
Import photos from your gallery, adjust exposure, temperature, grain, leaks, vignette and fade, and save a new copy; the original is never changed. The date stamp can use the day the photo was really taken.

FAIR FOR EVERYONE
The camera itself is never locked. Free includes six full film rolls (Daylight 200, Quick 400, Mono 100, Half 35, Instant Square and Tungsten 800), the live viewfinder, flash, self-timer, zoom, front and back cameras, 24 or 36 frame rolls, the contact sheet, every develop option, the date stamp, the instant frame and the half-frame diptych. You can import three photos a day, and one short video adds one more. Every Pro roll can be tried for 60 minutes by watching one short video you choose to play. No ads ever appear on the viewfinder.

FILMSY PRO
Pro removes all ads and unlocks:
• All 16 film rolls.
• Pro frames: 35mm border, photo booth strip, contact sheet export and instant captions.
• Light Lab: light leaks, dust and scratches you can place, double exposure, advanced grain and halation controls, and saved presets of your own.
• Film Clips up to 60 seconds with a running date stamp.
• Unlimited import and multi-select, to apply one roll to many photos at once.

Pro is available yearly ($9.99, with a 3-day free trial), monthly ($2.99) or as a one-time lifetime purchase ($14.99). Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel any time in Google Play subscriptions. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged. Lifetime is a single payment, not a subscription, and Restore purchase is always in Settings.

PRIVACY
Filmsy works offline. Photos and videos are processed entirely on your phone and saved to your own gallery. No photo, video, sound or location is uploaded. The microphone is used only while you record a Film Clip.
