LPC Sprinkler Rules

The LPC Sprinkler Rules app is an essential reference tool for anyone involved in the design, installation and maintenance of automatic sprinkler systems to ensure you have the latest guidance and best practice advice at your fingertips.

The LPC Sprinkler Rules is the UK's most significant sprinkler installation standard which incorporates the full BS EN 12845:2015+A1:2019 standard on Fixed Firefighting Systems – Automatic Sprinkler Systems – Design, Installation and Maintenance. Also incorporated are the related LPC Technical Bulletin updates including TB225, TB234, TB207, TB203, TB232 which are supported by major UK insurance companies. Download the app to access the document and technical bulletins in full.

The LPC Sprinkler Rules are published by the Fire Protection Association (FPA), the UK’s national fire safety organisation, and authored by the insurer membership of RISCAuthority’s Active Working Group, in association with industry experts based on testing, research and best practice. RISCAuthority is an annually funded research scheme supported by a significant group of UK insurers.
