Alhamdulillah, since September 2016 Al-Furqaan Foundation through its publishing divisions, has published this amazing new translation of the Quran, THE CLEAR QURAN, OFFICIALLY APPROVED BY AL-AZHAR. This translation is one of the most eloquent attempts to masterfully and accurately capture the elegance and vigor of the Quran in the modern English language. Its clarity for an average reader is evident in the choice of easy to understand words and phrases that reflect the beauty, flow and power of the original text. Along with just enough footnotes to clarify complex and contextual meanings, and brief Surah introductions, THE CLEAR QURAN groups verses and titles them based on the theme of those verses (hence the word Thematic in the title), to provide internal coherence to readers – Muslims and non-Muslims alike.
