Birch Pro

Bircrh Pro is the project management app for Birch Co Construction teams. It puts the whole job — schedule, budget, plans, daily logs and invoices — on the phone you already carry to the site.

An account is required. Birch Pro is issued to Birch Co staff, trade partners and clients; it is not a general-purpose tool and there is no public sign-up.

RUN THE JOB FROM THE FIELD

• Job overview — status, dates, contacts and progress for every active project
• Schedule — build phases in a month view or a running feed of every job at once
• Tasks — assign work, set due dates, and see what is overdue across all jobs
• Job updates — view progress photos in batches
• Plans and documents — current drawings and paperwork, always the latest set

MONEY, TRACKED AS IT MOVES

• Vendor invoices — log and approve what subs and suppliers bill
• Client invoices — issue and follow them through to paid
• Sales and reports — pipeline and performance in one place
• QuickBooks — keep the books in step without double entry

KEEPING EVERYONE ALIGNED

• Messages — job-scoped conversation, so context stays with the work
• Approvals and signatures — request a decision and capture the sign-off
• Selections — client choices recorded and confirmed
• Submittals — track what has been sent, reviewed and returned
• Weekly digest and action items — what needs attention, without hunting for it
• Company files — shared documents in one place
• Audit log — a record of who changed what, and when

BUILT FOR HOW SITES ACTUALLY WORK

Photos take up the bulk of a project record, so uploads are batched and sized to survive a weak signal at the far end of a job site. Schedules and logs load as one continuous list rather than a page at a time. The app carries the same data as the desktop site, so what a project manager enters at the office is on the superintendent's phone.

ACCESS

Sign in with the credentials issued to you by Birch Co Construction. If you are a client or trade partner and need access to your project, contact your data as the desktop site, so what a project manager enters at the office is on the superintendent's phone.
