APEX: Peak of Care

APEX: Peak of Care is practice software for dental, vision and medical offices. It is the same APEX chair as the web, in an Android app: patients, schedule, imaging, charts and ledger in one place.

APEX is for practice staff. You need an APEX practice account to sign in: email and password, a one-time code or email link, or Google, Apple, Microsoft or X. On the sign-in screen, "Skip for now" opens a sample office with demo data so you can look around first.

PATIENTS
Add a person once. One chart for teeth, eyes and body, with a family file and recare.

SCHEDULE
Day and week views. Put a visit on and move its status from unconfirmed to in the chair.

IMAGING
2D imaging is included: sensors, pano and photos. 3D capture needs a fast fiber line. Send a scan to another APEX office, or share one expiring link with a specialist.

RECORD
Odontogram, perio, refraction and SOAP notes. The floor switch changes the tools for a dental bay, a vision lane or a clinic, never mixed.

LEDGER
Claims, cards on file and outside lenders, with the price you typed shown to the patient. APEX does not invent a loan and is not a bank.

THE FRONT DESK
Staff messaging between the chair and the front desk, and patient texts that send only the replies you wrote. Forms can be signed on a pad or on screen. Staff clock-in with CSV export for payroll, and supply counts with expiration dates.

HEY APEX AND THE COUNCIL (OPTIONAL)
Voice commands and AI help are optional. Text you send to them is processed by third-party AI providers. The Council can highlight a spot on an image with a percentage for a clinician to accept or reject. It is an aid, not a diagnosis, and its output can be wrong. A person reviews every note and claim.

WHAT APEX IS NOT
APEX is not a medical device and does not diagnose. It is not for emergencies; call 911. Clinical decisions stay with you.

YOUR DATA
APEX is HIPAA-ready. Do not enter real patient records until your practice has signed a Business Associate Agreement with TK Hub LLC. Your practice controls its charts. We do not sell charts or train public AI models on them. Face and fingerprint unlock stay on the device.

Delete a staff login from Settings, or see https://apexpeakofcare.app/delete-account. Charts on a legal hold are kept as the law requires.
