- Users can manage real estate business or real estate space details through smart contract.
- Users can set the cost of brokerage commission % for real estate or space inside real estate for carrier to execute sales for themselves.

- Smart Covenants are used to enable transactions between users.
- Self-selected smart contract authorizes carrier to execute activation for transaction purposes between landlord and tenant.
- Smart Covenant, when activated, will work in real time and transparently disclose all obligations in the transaction execution process.

4. Carrier
- The facilitator to support and execute the transaction has been selected according to Smartechome's standards.
