About TechAxis Project Hub

TechAxis Project Hub is a local workspace for Calabasas Tech Group LLC to track consulting projects, prepare quotes, browse a service catalog, and estimate delivery effort. Project data, milestones, quotes, and calculator history are stored on the device. The app does not use network APIs for its core functions.

Overview displays portfolio counts for active projects, at-risk items, open quotes, and milestones due. A health matrix plots project progress against a health rating. Charts cover milestone burn-up, team capacity, and rule-based risk alerts from local records. Filter by active, at-risk, or completed status and by month, quarter, or year.

Projects lists engagements with client name, status, progress bar, and health label. Add and edit projects with dates, budget, health, and notes. Open milestone boards to add, edit, or remove milestones. Project tasks appear on detail screens from seed data; there is no UI to create or edit tasks.

Services shows a fixed consulting catalog with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Implementation, and Managed categories. Search, filter, and bookmark entries. Catalog content is not editable.

Quotes builds client proposals with line items, an 8% tax calculation, adjustments, and automatic numbering. Filter by status. Sent is a manual label; the app does not deliver quotes by email or file export.

Estimator is the Risk-Adjusted Delivery Effort tool. Enter base hours, workstreams, team size, productive hours per day, dependencies, complexity, rework, and contingency to see adjusted hours, working days, a delivery window, and utilization. Save scenarios, review history, compare two saved runs, or copy a note into a quote.

Company provides business timeline, team profiles, mission, address, about, and contact. Messages from the contact form save locally. Phone, email, and map shortcuts open external apps.

First launch adds sample projects, milestones, quotes, services, team members, timeline entries, and example calculator history.
