LoopStream is a focused live streaming app for creators who want to stream pre-recorded videos without first uploading them to a separate cloud or restreaming server. Video processing and publishing happen directly on your phone using Android’s hardware-accelerated media system.

Simple publishing workflow:

1. Prepare your broadcast in YouTube Studio or Twitch Creator Dashboard.
2. Copy your stream key and enter it in LoopStream.
3. Select a compatible video from your phone.
4. Choose Play once or Loop continuously.
5. Review the summary and start publishing.

No LoopStream account is required. Your selected video is not sent to a LoopStream server, and the LoopStream developer does not receive your video or stream key. The video is processed on your device and transmitted to the streaming platform you select.

Compatibility:

This version supports compatible landscape SDR videos. Portrait, rotated, HDR and unsupported media formats are detected before publishing. Available output quality depends on the source video and your device’s hardware encoder. Smaller videos are not artificially upscaled, cropped, stretched or letterboxed.

Continuous streaming depends on your device, internet connection, Android system behaviour and the receiving platform. LoopStream does not make an unconditional 24/7 availability guarantee.
