SOFAST Groundwork

SOFAST Groundwork is veteran-built tactical fitness for people who train with intention — and who refuse to forget the operators who paid the ultimate price in the Global War on Terror.

Built by a U.S. Army Special Forces veteran. Same brand family as SOFAST Run & Gun and The Pocket Coach field manual.

WHAT'S INSIDE
- Hero & Operator WODs that honor fallen special operators by name on memorial dates
- Three tiers (Get Fit, Level Up, Competition) so anyone can show up and scale
- Smart timers: For Time, AMRAP, EMOM, and Rounds — loud, range-ready cues
- Leaderboard and history to log results with your tribe
- Optional Groundwork Pro for AI coaching and deeper progress tracking

THE SYSTEM
Groundwork trains the body. Run & Gun trains the range. The Pocket Coach is the book that closes the loop — QR codes point back into the apps when you're ready for the next pillar.

CORE IS FREE. PRO IS OPTIONAL.
