TapakRun: Jurutera Tapak Bina

The concrete truck is here. It starts to rain. The IOW wants an inspection. Dato' is calling. You are the site engineer — what's your call?

TapakRun is a construction simulation game about the real job of a site engineer in Malaysia. Build from empty land to key handover, chase the schedule, keep your crew safe and finish before LAD (liquidated damages) eats the profit.

BUILD 6 PROJECTS ACROSS MALAYSIA
• Double-storey terrace houses in Semenyih
• A replacement school in Tambunan, Sabah
• An 8-storey specialist hospital in Shah Alam
• A 32-storey apartment tower in Cheras with a tower crane
• A 40-storey office tower in Bukit Bintang
• A 250-room beach hotel in Langkawi

CHOOSE YOUR ROLE
Civil & Structural, M&E, Site Architect, Safety Officer (SHO) or QA/QC. Every role has its own signature tasks — 30 project and role combinations.

30+ HANDS-ON MINI-GAMES
Slump test, cube test, rebar check, staff reading, crane hand signals, forklift driving, fake permit check, concrete pour sequence, helmet fitting, PPE gate check, surprise CIDB & DOSH raid, catching Mak Cik Kiah's rooster and more. Learn how a real site works while you play.

EVERY DECISION HAS A PRICE
Add water to the concrete? Push night overtime? Stop work because the scaffold isn't safe? Report an accident honestly — or cover it up? Choices show who pays: the company or your own wallet. Ignored problems come back bigger.

NIGHT OVERTIME & SITE MYSTERIES
Work past 5:30 pm under floodlights for 1.5× OT pay — but fatigue and darkness raise the risk. And some nights, strange things happen on site…

GO VIRAL (THE GOOD WAY)
When an angry neighbour's video blows up online, handle the replies, ignore the trolls, post the right statement and turn it around before it hits the news.

KNOW WHY THE PROJECT IS LATE
The day report shows your payslip, maximum bonus and what you lost. "Kenapa lewat?" breaks every late day down by cause, so you know what to fix. Keep your site diary to claim EOT.

DAILY CHALLENGE & STREAKS
A new Projek Kilat every day — the same challenge for everyone. Keep your streak alive, complete daily orders and climb the daily leaderboard.

A LIVING SITE
A crew with their own stories, Kak Yah at the canteen, Si Oren the site cat, Encik Zack the PM (he's not as bad as you think), consultants, Bomba, JKKP and TNB. Weather changes every day.

YOUR STYLE ON THE LEADERBOARD
Customise your engineer with helmets, stickers and gear from the shop, and show off your look and streak on the weekly, monthly and daily boards — filtered by difficulty.

HAND OVER THE KEYS
Finish the project, get your grade and a completion certificate with your name. Build your own town of finished projects.

THREE DIFFICULTY LEVELS
Santai to learn, Biasa for the real challenge, Pro for experienced engineers.

GREAT FOR
Engineers, students, construction people, or anyone who has wondered why projects are always late.

FREE & PLAYABLE OFFLINE
Free with a banner ad. Plays without internet — only the leaderboard needs a connection. The game is in Bahasa Melayu.
