TamilAccounting Scan turns a photo of a bill into a posted ERP transaction. Point the
camera at an invoice, receipt or delivery note; the document is read automatically,
the supplier, items, tax and totals come back filled in, and you check the figures
before anything is saved. No re-keying, no waiting until you are back at a desk.

HOW THE READING WORKS

Documents are uploaded to your own ERP's file manager and read by the ERP's OCR, which
resolves suppliers, customers and items against your real master data by GSTIN and name.
Nothing is invented — everything is matched to records you already hold, and you approve
the result before it is posted.
