About Talira

Talira: always free to use. Talira Plus: 1 month free.

PCOS/PMOS – often called PCOD in India – is not a calendar problem. It is a whole-body one.

Talira keeps what you record – cycles, skin and hair, metabolism, sleep, energy, mood and medicines – together in one calm record, so you can see your own patterns over months and bring a clear picture to your doctor. Designed and built by a physician. Not a substitute for one.

Talira is always free to use. Talira Plus is free for your first month, then ₹999 a year or ₹399 every 3 months in India. Cancel anytime in Google Play.

Always free to use
- Log the day, as much or as little as you like: your period and signs, skin and hair, sleep, energy, mood, meals, medicines and lab values.
- See your history month by month in the calendar.
- See each cycle drawn at the length it really was. When cycles are irregular, a single predicted date can be misleading, so Talira shows what actually happened.

Talira Plus – 1 month free
- Picture – your record over months: cycles, skin and hair, metabolism and mood kept together, with medicine-affected cycles set aside.
- Rhythm – a few small habits you can actually keep: protein, a little movement, easy meal timing and steadier sleep, with 600+ meal ideas from the food you already cook.
- Visit Kit – one clear page of your own entries to show or share with your doctor.

Talira Plus is an optional subscription, yearly or every 3 months, billed through Google Play. Your first month is free if you have never subscribed before; after that it renews automatically unless cancelled, and you can manage or cancel it any time in Google Play. Everything you have logged stays yours, with or without Plus.

Your record lives on your phone
Talira doesn't send your entries to us, to advertisers or to analytics services as part of normal use, and there is no Talira account or server copy. A copy leaves your phone only when you back it up, export it or share it yourself. No ads.

Your entries are organised plainly; the reading is left to a clinician. Grounded in the 2023 International Guideline, ACOG and the 2026 Lancet consensus.

For adults 18 and over.

Talira is a wellness and education app. Talira is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
