TalentHub365: Trials & Squads

TalentHub365 is the complete platform for running sports trials, tryouts and talent ID events, and then your squad's sessions and matches — from application to final selection, squad registration and match day, on your phone or any device.

Built with grassroots football organisations and now supporting 12 sports: football, futsal, netball, rugby union, rugby league, hockey, basketball, cricket, athletics, tennis, volleyball and lacrosse. Pick a sport and everything adapts — application form fields, playing positions, formations, terminology and evaluation tags.

RUN THE WHOLE TRIAL IN ONE PLACE
• Public application links and QR codes — players and parents apply from any device, no sign-up needed
• Share posters — generate a ready-to-post graphic for socials in one tap, no design tools
• Applicant pipeline — Submitted → Under Review → Shortlisted → Invited, with status, attendance and notes on every player
• Step-by-step event creation with sport-adapted registration forms
• Team & bib generator — balanced session groups with bib numbers and colours

EVALUATE FROM THE TOUCHLINE
• Star ratings, observations and sport-specific evaluation tags, captured live
• Works offline — a dead spot at the venue never costs you a note
• Multiple evaluators can score the same players in parallel

TELL EVERY FAMILY, THEN REGISTER YOUR SQUAD
• Outcome emails by cohort — successful, reserve and considerate rejections, each in one send, every send logged
• Season registration by personal link — emergency contacts, consents and a photo, completed by families in minutes
• Medical details encrypted, with every access audited
• Automatic chasers for outstanding registrations

PLAN MATCH DAY
• Sessions and matches made from your squad in two taps, with families accepting from their own link
• Match plan — your formation, who starts, who comes on each quarter and the cover for every place
• Everyone's share of the match set by you, with a saved plan B for another formation or a missing player
• Swap players or drag them on the pitch when plans change on the day
• Match brief — each player sees their own shirt, where they start or when they come on, and one thing to focus on
• The substitution plan stays with the coach; players see only their own part

BUILD PLAYER PATHWAYS
• Player profiles with trial history connected across events and seasons
• Track multi-sport athletes across your programmes
• Turn evaluation outcomes into tasks, communications and next steps

FOR YOUR WHOLE TEAM
• Coach, scout and evaluator roles with the right access for each
• Branded email templates for invites, updates and outcomes
• CSV/XLSX import with mapping templates

FOR PLAYERS & PARENTS
• Find a Trial — browse open trials and talent ID events and apply in minutes, no account needed
• Instant confirmation email for every application
• A personal page for every session and match — accept or decline, meet time, address and directions
