The goal is to help Indian families engage meaningfully with their babies in a screen-free and stress-free way.
Every song, story, and activity is carefully designed to nurture your baby’s growth while honoring the sounds, stories, and rhythms of India. From classical raagas and folk tunes to nature-inspired movements and lullabies, your baby is introduced to a world that feels joyful and familiar.
You do not need screens or fancy toys. All you need is your presence, your voice, and your love.
The Program
1. Mindfulness for Expecting Mothers
Even before birth, your baby is listening and bonding. This phase helps you build emotional and mental presence through guided meditations, breathing practices, and soundscapes. You will learn how to speak, sing, and connect with your baby in the womb, laying the foundation for a strong bond.
2. Audio Engagement for Newborns
From birth, your baby is tuning into your voice, rhythm, and tone. We provide audio tools that include Indian classical raagas, folk instruments, and calming beats to soothe and support your baby’s early development and emotional regulation.
3. Developmental Play for 3 to 15 Months
As your baby grows, so do their needs. We offer easy, age-appropriate play ideas such as tummy time, sensory play, rhythm clapping, and baby-safe music activities. You will receive a kit with developmentally suitable toys, along with step-by-step tutorials to make playtime simple, meaningful, and fun.
