The app also has features that provide self-help exercises that assist users to better manage everyday stressors by capacitating them with various interpersonal skills.

HOW DOES IT WORK.

o Users simply sign up on the app, select their preferred therapist and confirm their video counselling session. Therapists will then walk the journey with users where they can also advise clients on available self-help exercises that they can use in stressful situations where they may need to manage their emotions.
