Takal Vendors

Takal Vendors is the app for restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies and shops selling through Takal in Swat.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• See a new order the moment a customer places it, with a notification
• Accept it, prepare it, and mark it ready for the rider — a tap each
• Add and change your own items: name, price, description, category, preparation time and whether it is in stock
• Put a photo, and a short video, on any item
• Open or close your shop instantly when you need to stop taking orders
• Set your own opening hours
• See what you earned — every order, the Takal fee on it, and your payout
• Read your customer ratings and reviews
• Run more than one shop from the same login and switch between them

HOW YOU ARE PAID

You keep the price you set for your items, minus Takal's platform fee. The fee on your shop is shown inside the app on your earnings screen, on every order, so you can always check the arithmetic yourself. The delivery fee is the rider's and never comes out of your price.

HOW TO JOIN

1. Sign up in the app with your shop details
2. Takal checks and approves your shop
3. Add your items and your prices
4. Orders start arriving — accept, prepare, hand to the rider.

This app is for shops. Customers use "Takal" and riders use "Takal Riders".
