Surplus Funds

Surplus Funds is the workspace for surplus recovery professionals. Track claims from first contact to payout, without stitching together five tools.

LEADS AND CASES
Work county surplus lists and auction results in one pipeline. Every case carries its own documents, notes, deadlines and history.

CALLS AND TEXTS
A built-in phone with recording, voicemail and call history. Send and receive texts, run campaigns, and keep every conversation attached to the right case.

EMAIL AND MAIL
Connect your mailbox to work email alongside everything else, and send physical letters without leaving your desk.

E-SIGNATURES
Send agreements, track what has been opened, and collect legally binding signatures.

YOUR TEAM
Shared pipelines, team chat, task boards and meeting scheduling.
